Call to save four death row Sunni political prisoners

The Iran ian resistance warns against the execution of four Sunni political prisoners, Mr. Jahangir and Jamshid Dehghani, Hamed Ahmadi and Kamal Mowlaei, and calls on all international and human rights organizations and relevantUnited Nations Special Rapporteurs for immediate and effective measures to halt their executions and to save their lives.
Prison guards have notified these four prisoners, who are in Ward 5 of Gohardasht prison, that they would be transferred to another location tomorrow morning. Followed by a 75-day hunger strike, the henchmen promised these prisoners that they would cancel their execution.
Jahangir and Jamshid Dehghani, Hamed Ahmadi and Kamal Mowlaei have been charged with “propaganda against the regime through attending political and religious classes, maintaining and sale of Sunni religious books and CDs of lectures and holding Sunni religious practices”, and have been sentenced to death for “propaganda against the regime and Moharebeh (waging war against God) and corruption on earth”.
The regime’s resorting to death sentences of political prisoners and fellow Arab and Baluchi people in deprived regions of the country indicates the fear of the Velayat-e-Faqih regime of disintegration and the spread of protests by the desperate people.
