Iran: Isfahan gold retailers, rock cutters and bus company employees on strike

Various retailers in Isfahan are continuing their strike. Gold retailers in Isfahan are continuing their strike into Tuesday, June 3rd, protesting the lowering price of gold, reports from this city indicate.
Furthermore, employees of Isfahan’s bus company – who have been on strike because of their delayed paychecks and also not receiving any responses about their wages – continued their strike on Tuesday, June 3rd.
Simultaneously, over 500 rock cutting retailers in Isfahan – who were on strike up to May 20th and went on strike again on Saturday, May 24th – continued their strike on Tuesday, June 3rd. This second strike staged by these workers came protesting the hollow promises given by regime officials and the workers’ demands not being met.
