GCC calls for cooperating to form Syria transitional government

The Gulf Cooperation Council emphasized on the necessity to refer the case of those committing crimes against humanity against the Syrian people to international courts.
The GCC in their meeting in Riyadh also approved the necessity to establish a transitional government that can maintain independence and all of Syria’s territorial sovereignty.
