Impoverished vendors denied room for work clash with oppressive agents in Tehran

Inside the Tehran-Metro

The municipality agents and state force raided metro stations around Tehran preventing vendors to sell merchandize in metro areas of Tehran Sunday Jan. 12th. The police used batons to chase off the venders resulting in injuring a number of them. The vendors in response and to defend themselves clashed with the agents. These clashed happened in Tehran-Farhangsar Metro last Sunday.
