Iran: detained hunger strikers in Evin prison threaten dry hunger strike

Dervish community members detained in ward 350 of Evin Prison in Tehran are currently on hunger strike. On Saturday, March 8th, they threatened that if their demands are not met until Monday, March 10th, they will launch a dry hunger strike. They are on hunger strike protesting the exile of two arrested Dervishes and depriving other Dervish detainees from medical care.
Simultaneously, thousands of Gonabadi Dervish community members have also gone on hunger strike in their support.
